Inspired by his dad — who founded Oliver Peoples — Garrett Leight followed in his father's footsteps and launched Garrett Leight California Optical in 2010. This marked Leight's first step in continuing his father’s legacy, while simultaneously forging his own path as an eyewear designer. Garrett Leight's hyper-Californian brand finds inspiration from his surroundings and the design history that his family is rooted in.
